Commercial Terms

Usually, a proposal is prepared for each assignment, and it specifies the work to be done, the work and payment schedules, and the hourly rate and/or estimated total cost of the project. Once the proposal is accepted work commences and follows the schedule. If the work is stopped for any reason, then charges are only made up to that stage. If the assignment is changed or extended substantially, then a fresh proposal is submitted and the cycle continues.
